Membership
Who is the ideal HFPN member?
The HFPN business model is designed for the independent fitness professional. Fitness professionals who work as employees of a fitness facility; sports performance facility; or other health, fitness, sports performance or rehab company should only join HFPN if the employer approves.
Are there any requirements to join HFPN?
Yes. To join HFPN, you must hold one of the following credentials: NASM CPT, PES, CES; or complete the NASM IPFT course; or be enrolled in a NASM course. Students who are enrolled in a NASM CPT, PES, CES, or IPFT course may join and enjoy access to HFPN tools and resources, but may not participate in the revenue generating opportunities until they pass the NASM course and update their profile.

What are the commission percentages for HFPN members?
NASM CPT, PES, or CES credentialed members in good standing with NASM earn up to a 25% commission on all nutrition products and equipment purchased in their on-line store. Members who have passed NASM's IPFT course can earn up to a 15% commission on all nutrition products and equipment purchased in their on-line store. Students enrolled in a NASM CPT, PES, CES, or IPFT course may join HFPN, use all of the HFPN tools, and receive a 20% discount on product purchases, but may not participate in the revenue generating opportunities until they successfully complete their NASM course and update their profile.
I have an NCCA accredited certification. Does this qualify me to join HFPN?

I am a licensed healthcare professional. Does this qualify me to join HFPN?

Do you offer a free trial membership?
No, but we have several free recorded webinars that describe the member benefits and web site features. In addition, you can check out the following tutorials: Learning Center and Coach.
I don’t have a sponsor. Can I still become a member of HFPN?
Yes, go to GO PRO and register on the web site.
I don’t have my sponsor’s number. What should I do?
Contact Member Services.
I am trying to join but the system doesn’t recognize my NASM Certification number.
Check the following: Is your name spelled correctly? Did you enter your first name in the last name field by accident? If your name has two words, enter them without a space in between. Has your certification expired?
I recently joined HFPN but did not receive the welcome e-mail.
Check your spam/junk folder to see if the email is there. If not, please contact HFPN Member Services.
I didn’t receive a receipt for my membership purchase.
The system does not generate a receipt. If you need one, please email HFPN Member services.
What is your return/refund policy for memberships?
HFPN does not offer refunds on annual membership fees.
Technical Problems
I am having problems viewing PDF documents. What can I do?
If you use Mozilla Firefox and can't view PDF documents, download the add-on for free.
Products
Why am I/my client receiving product and being billed every month?
You have a ‘recurring monthly order’, which means that product will be shipped monthly until the order is modified You can change the product being shipped, delay the order, change the date the product is to be shipped, or cancel the order.
My Account
How do I change my account information (email, phone, etc.)?
Login to your account and go to My Back Office, click "Edit My Account" at the top left side of the page near your photo. Click "Edit Details", enter the new email address, and then click "Save".
How do I change my ‘username’?
The ‘username’ is what we call a ‘unique ID’, which cannot be modified. Only the ‘password’ can be modified.
Login Problems
I forgot my username and/or password….how do I log-in?
Select the ‘Forgot Password’, just below the log-in area, which will require you to provide the answer to your ‘security question’. If you still need assistance, and have also forgotten your ‘username’, please contact us by phone (no emails please) and we can provide your log-in information upon verification of your account information.
